Some of our basic policies and principles are sumarized below.
- We will not knowingly misrepresent our products and services.
- We will not attempt to sell goods to customers if the product does not address the customers need. If we know of an alternative that will better suit you or save you substantial time and money, we will tell you so.
- If we cannot provide you with the appropriate product, we will give our best advice as to where the item might be obtained.
- We will offer a refund
to the customer if the
goods do not suit him or her and they are returned within a month
of supply in saleable condition. Goods that have been custom made
for that specific customer will incurr a restocking fee (nominally 25%
of retail value)
- We offer a 12 month warranty on parts and workmanship of goods we have manufactured, (excluding damage caused by misuse or misadventure). Goods we on-sell are covered by individual manufacturers warranties. We highly recommend that you fill in and send off any warranty cards you receive with goods so that these warranties can be honoured.
- We are happy to offer free advice on related matters to our customers. (But please don't ask us to call you on STD or mobile for long chats ... our telephone bill is already too high :-)
- We will not undercut our advertised Recommended Retail Price on goods we manufacture, so please do not ask for discounts. We cannot undercut our dealers, or we would not have any dealers left very quickly!
Raptor Designs respects the privacy of it’s customers and makes a commitment that any sensitive information collected during the course of our operations shall be managed responsibly at all times.
USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Any information Raptor Designs collects through the course of our normal business dealings remain confidential. We may use the information provided to perform statistical analysis of our customers purchasing habits or other similar activities but this is for internal marketing purposes only. We may also use the personal information to send you information about promotions or products however all communications will have instructions on how to advise us of your request to be removed from our mailing list if desired.
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Raptor Designs takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that any personal information received is kept confidential. In some cases it is necessary to disclose some of your personal information to third parties or contractors as provided for under the Privacy Act such as the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and AirServices Australia. In all cases Raptor Designs will take all appropriate steps to ensure our suppliers and contractors only use the information provided to them for the relevant purpose.
Raptor Designs does not sell or rent its database.
Any information that you have provided may be corrected or brought up to date at any time. For privacy and accuracy reasons Raptor Designs relies on notification by the customer to provide any changes or updates to individual information.
